We welcome up to two pets per apartment, with a maximum weight of 75 lbs each. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 applies, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. For the safety and comfort of our community, we do not allow aggressive breeds. Please contact the leasing office for more details on breed restrictions.
